Excellent ground transfer service! Everything was smooth, professional, and well organized from start to finish.

A special thanks to Bruno, who was an excellent driver—professional, punctual, friendly, and very helpful throughout the journey. He made the transfer comfortable and stress-free.

Highly recommended, and I would definitely use their service again!

The Rome Transfers Agency is simply the best! I messed up my reservation date (booked 31st though i needed 30th) yet they were so helpful in guiding me towards other forms of transportation AND checking up on me and my family to make sure we were okay.

To add to their amazing service, they refunded my full fees without any fuss.

Omar at the Hilton Rome Airport deserves a special mention.

Thank you!!!

Stefano was an excellent driver and really helped my family of 8 in Rome! Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond. Our trip was saved because of him and we were extremely comfortable. 100% recommend him and will definitely use this company in the future!

From the moment I contacted RTA they were very responsive when I asked to be quoted for airport transfer. I confirmed all the arrival details and they sent confirmation email. My flight was a little late getting in and I emailed them before we left, they responded saying they were already aware and was monitoring our flight. I recieved what's app message from driver once we landed and found him in the pick up area. Transfer was smooth in clean car with great driver. Would highly recommend.
