TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Rome Transfers Agency is represented by Gabriele De Luca, owner of the aforementioned website, and owner of Rome Transfers Agency Soc Coop a r.l., with headquarters in Via Emilio Faà di Bruno, 10 – 00195 Rome, VAT No. 15009961002 – Tax Code 15009961002. Rome Transfers Agency’s passenger transport is fully covered by insurance policies regularly contracted with third-party entities (insurance agencies); passengers are responsible for items transported in the vehicle as luggage, bags, or other.

BOOKING SERVICES

Reservations can be made by e-mail at info@rometransfersagency.com, filling the booking or by phone dialing (+39) 339.38.55.056. Reservations are considered confirmed when there is a further confirmation by the customer of the agreed rate.

WAITING TIMES

The agreed tariff includes up to one hour of waiting time for the driver at the airport and 15 minutes at the station or agreed meeting point. If these times are exceeded and the client has notified the call center of a delay from the scheduled pick-up time, a surcharge will be applied. In case of no-show and/or lack of communication from the client, the driver is authorized to leave the meeting point and the transfer will still be charged.

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made in cash, credit card (Visa – MasterCard), or bank transfer. If payment is made by credit card and/or bank transfer, it must be requested in advance. Any changes to the agreed route and/or unjustified delays may result in a tariff variation. Our prices include diesel, tolls, and any parking fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SEDAN/VAN BOOKINGS

After confirmation of booking, advance payment is required, to be made up to 7 days before the service date, by bank transfer or credit card. Cancellation of the service is subject to the following terms and conditions:
– Cancellation within 7 days of the transfer date is free.
– Cancellation between 6 and 2 days before the transfer date will incur a 50% penalty of the total service cost.
– Cancellation the day before the transfer date or in case of no-show will incur a 100% penalty of the total cost.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR COACH BOOKINGS

At the time of booking confirmation, advance payment of 50% or the full amount is required by bank transfer or credit card. Cancellation of the service is subject to the following terms and conditions:
– Cancellation within 31 days of the transfer date is free.
– Cancellation between 30 and 8 days before the transfer date will incur a 50% penalty of the total service cost.
– Cancellation from 7 days before to the transfer date or in case of no-show will incur a 100% penalty of the total cost.

CHILD SEATS

Rome Transfers Agency can provide child seats upon request at an additional cost of 10.00 euros.

DAMAGE AND LOSS OF ITEMS

Rome Transfers Agency is not responsible for damage or loss of items inside the vehicle. Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited inside our vehicles
